The healing power of ART

My name is Brittany Elizabeth Binet, I am an English & Canadian abstract and contemporary painter, currently creating on the east coast of the United States.  For my paintings I up-cycle collected materials, and previously used house hold items to build on the canvas. I find re-purposing said items not only allows me to help our Earth in some small way, but the therapy in creating the art itself has been a constant in the inconsistencies of life, it has held my hand through compounded grief, and lifted my spirits even higher through out the many good times in between.   Like many creators,  I use this outlet to work through the dark corners of myself, in the hopes to create a healthier path.  
I have chosen to donate half of each creation sold to a cause of your choice,  by purchasing a piece of art you love,  that love is then given to someone who you believe could use a little right now.
